Specialised Commissions

Specialised Commissions can be established to develop scientific, technical and economic studies and proposals within the scope of the F&L objectives.

The specialised commissions are composed of at least one representative of the Management Committee, qualified representatives of F&L members and experts whose presence is deemed necessary by the Management Committee or by the President of the Specialised Commission.

The Presidents of the Specialised Commissions are appointed by the Management Committee to which they report as working groups.
