Application Form

1. Send the F&L Secretariat a duly completed and signed application form, which must include the name of (an) F&L member(s) who act(s) as (a) reference(s).

2. The application is submitted to the Management Committee for review and approval.

3. Upon approval by the Management Committee, official membership documents and invoice are sent to the new member by the Secretariat. Applicants have to adhere to the F&L Articles of Association.

4. Membership becomes effective after receipt of payment of the membership fee.
